The prenatal Yogalates course has 20 routines ranging from toning and strengthening lower body, pelvic floor exercises, upper body workouts as well as gentle asana practices, guided meditations & downloadable PDFs. The course is an open format without any structure with sessions ranging from 10 mins to 1 hour so you can pick and choose what you want to do based on how you feel.  Please note that you must get a consult from a doctor before you go ahead with this course. .
